Anchor Building Theory Shop Talk

Service Description

Get an elevated understanding of anchor building principles with this 1-hour session. Consider key aspects of climbing anchors, including anchor building equipment, anchor geometry, anchor assessment and the concepts of redundancy and equalization. Not an anchor building course, this talk and demonstration will help climbers better understand how anchors work, and how to choose and assess a particular tool or technique. Some previous anchor building knowledge will be helpful. Please note: there is no public washroom in the shop.
